Every compound is scored across 6 dimensions from the published ClinEvident Evidence Grading Standard (LVDX-WP-001). The grade reflects the quality and maturity of published clinical evidence — not our opinion of whether the compound "works." Read the full methodology.
Why are supplements graded lower than drugs?
No supplement in our registry scores above C+. This isn't bias — it reflects the structural reality that prescription drugs undergo Phase 3 RCTs with hard clinical endpoints, while supplements typically have small, short-term trials with surrogate biomarkers. Our grading framework rewards the quality of evidence, not the popularity of the compound.
